Product Availability

• Whilst we make every attempt to maintain stock of every item we offer on our website, from time to time some items may be out of stock due to delays and supply issues with our suppliers and distributors. We will provide you with timely notification of any out of stock or delayed item.

Website Accuracy

• We take pride in providing you with correct and current information regarding our products, however from time to time the information may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for such products.

Payment

• For your convenient, we accept Bank Transfer, Direct deposit, Paypal, Master, Visa, EFTPOS and Cash payments.
• For your convenience, we offer a pickup service for local customers. Please use cash or EFTPOS payments if you wish to pick up your item. Please contact us with your order number to arrange item for pickup.
• For Bank Cheque/ Personal Cheque/ Money order, please allow an addition 3 business days for cheques to clear (Not recommended if item is urgent)
• For bank direct deposit, internet bank transfer and PayPal, please using the order number as payment reference.
• For Paypal payments please ensure that your Paypal registered shipping details match your registered shipping details at our website.

Shipping

• Your items will be processed within 24-48 hours when full payment is received and confirmed by our bank. Please allow up to 5 business days for the items to be delivered.
• Please make sure that the delivery address is correct before completing your payment as we only ship item to your register checkout address. A re-delivery fee would be charged if your delivery is incorrect.
• We strongly recommend for the buyer to include insurance as we will not be liable for any lost or damaged goods without insurance.
• We would not be responsible for estimated delivery times and will not be held liable for any loss of income, loss of profits, loss of contracts, loss of data or for any indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind howsoever arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise due to delivery issues.

Warranty/ Returns

• It is the responsibility of the Manufacturer to repair or replace the handset under warranty contract. However we are happy to assist with all of your warranty enquiries. Please ensure that you request a RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number before returning all products.
• We reserves the right to await ELF approval from the manufacturer prior to replacing an item if we suspect the fault may be due to physical or liquid damage.
• Returned items found to be faulty due to physical or liquid damage will not be replaced/ repaired and will incur a minimum $30.00 inspection fee.

Refunds

• Refunds would not be eligible for change of mind. Please select your purchase carefully as refunds would not be eligible to incompatibility or incorrect choice. We can exchange items when the product is in its original packaging under its original condition. We are unable to exchange or refund a product if it is not in original packaging or in sellable condition.
• Postage will not be refunded on any returned goods. All refunds / returns may also incur for a re-stocking fee of $25 or 10% of the purchase price whichever is greater.
