*What is a service provider (SP) lock?
This is used by the networks to ensure that your phone will only work on one network; the one that you originally bought your phone from. If your phone is (SP) locked then it will not accept a SIM card from another network be it Australia or abroad. Unlocking is the process of removing the SP lock so that it’s possible to use other SIM cards in your phone.

- Process your warranty and out of warranty repairs in accordance with manufacturers’ policies, either by repairing in house or on-forwarding to the appropriate repair shop on your behalf.
- Take care of all administration matters, receive and deal with your staff and customer queries by phone or email and return the repaired device to you. We will place our considerable skill, knowledge and experience at your disposal.
- Address any service delay issues directly with the repair shop and manufacturer. We will action escalations with manufacturers on your behalf to achieve a “win/win” result for you and your customers.
- Provide and manage all out of warranty estimates and quotations. This service will include negotiating on your behalf with the repairers, preparing formal hard copy and on-line estimates and quotations and invoicing both on account and directly with your customer as required.
- Keep you and your customers fully informed of the situation throughout the process. The existing service reports, which are sent to you daily and are available on-line from our website, will also continue.
