Starlink Mini PoE Splitter Cable (Mini)
The Starlink Mini PoE Splitter Cable has two functions:
Single Cable to Mini Dish
This splitter enables you to provide both power and data connectivity in a single PoE ethernet cable to the Starlink Mini dish. The Mini does not come with a PoE injector like the other Starlink dishes it has it own DC barrel port for powering. This splitter cable basically allows you to power the Mini dish via PoE from a single network cable.
Extend the Cable Run to the Mini DishExtend the Cable Run to the Mini Dish
Even though the Mini dish has a 12V input 48V is recommend over medium to long cable runs to avoid voltage drop and the dish cutting out under load. When used in conjunction on with the Starlink Gen3 DC/DC Power Converter this cable will provide 48V to the mini dish resulting in you being able to run much longer cables to power the Mini dish.
