Must be vertically positioned for proper air intake to achieve cross ventilation.
The air inlet must be kept clear and should be rechecked regularly.
Must be in locations close to a power supply and have good Wi-Fi internet signal capable of connecting to the Internet.

Share your account with the family

Everyone in the family can have their own account for free. The person who sets up the H4-LTE is the Main Administrator, who can then share device access with family accounts with two levels of access rights - Admin or User. Admin will have full access rights, except for re-sharing the devices, while User will only receive alerts and edit their own account information.

Be Alerted On Movement

Included with the Chuango H4-LTE are wireless door/window sensors that "beep" notification sounds upon openings – during the “Disarmed” state – so you will know if someone is coming home or sneaking out.

Alarm Alerts Multiple People

You can input up to 5 emergency phone numbers and 5 text message numbers in the event that an alarm goes off, in which alerts will go out to them in succession to ensure proper action is being taken.

Ensure the H4-LTE is Always Connected

If your Chuango H4-LTE isn’t connected to a cellular network, the panel will sound every 15 seconds to let you know. When away, you can send a text message to your H4-LTE to check its cellular signal strength remotely.
